Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mizan Flow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the Service.

Mizan Flow is an AI-powered financial and accounting platform for e-commerce merchants and freelancers in the Gulf region. It connects to supported store platforms (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce) and ad platforms (Meta, TikTok), aggregates revenue, cost, and ad-spend data into a single profit view, generates ZATCA-aligned e-invoices, and provides an AI Financial Advisor chat feature.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when signing up and keep it up to date.

• New workspaces receive a free trial period. Continued access after the trial ends requires an active paid subscription.
• By selecting a paid plan and providing a payment method, you authorize Mizan Flow to charge that payment method automatically, in advance, for each recurring billing cycle (monthly, unless stated otherwise) at the price shown on our Billing page at the time of purchase, until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date — no separate confirmation is requested for each renewal charge.
• Subscriptions are billed in KWD through our payment processor, Tap Payments. We don't process or store your full card details ourselves — that's handled entirely by Tap Payments.
• If a renewal charge fails, access is suspended until payment is resolved; we don't hold access open on an unpaid balance.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges, but does not end your current billing period early — you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then access ends. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused access, or early cancellation, except where required by applicable law. We don't offer prorated refunds for downgrading mid-cycle.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable Gulf-region or international regulation.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access data belonging to another workspace.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our prior written permission.
• Upload data you don't have the right to share, or use connected-store data for any purpose outside operating your own business.

You retain ownership of the store, financial, product, and customer data you connect or enter. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter manually, such as unit costs and operating expenses.

Connected commerce platforms (Salla, Zid, Shopify, WooCommerce), connected ad platforms (Meta, TikTok), and our infrastructure and service providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Tap Payments) are independent third parties governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or any acts or omissions on their part.

The AI Financial Advisor generates responses using a large language model grounded in your workspace's own data. It's provided for informational and productivity purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and does not constitute professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always verify anything material — and consult a qualified professional — before acting on it.

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens for the AI Financial Advisor, sized to a 5% cost-to-margin ratio for typical usage on that plan. Once your plan's included allowance is used, you can purchase an additional token top-up pack or wait for the allowance to reset at the start of your next billing cycle. We may throttle, queue, or temporarily suspend AI Advisor access for a workspace whose usage pattern indicates abuse, automated querying, or an attempt to circumvent these limits. Unused tokens don't roll over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Billing page.

Mizan Flow is an analytical software tool, not an accounting firm, tax authority, or certified tax advisor. The profitability figures, margin calculations, and P&L exports it produces are derived entirely from the data you connect or enter, and are provided for internal decision-support only. Our invoice builder generates QR codes and formatting aligned with Saudi Arabia's ZATCA e-invoicing requirements as a convenience, but we don't guarantee that any invoice, export, or report generated through the Service satisfies your specific tax, VAT, or regulatory filing obligations in your jurisdiction. Verify compliance with a qualified accountant or tax advisor before relying on any figure the Service produces for tax, audit, or regulatory purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROFIT ENGINE AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or fail to pay amounts owed. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including billing obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our billing practices, or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
